Secretariat

The Secretariat serves as the central Administrative Service of the Department. Its main responsibilities include:

  1. Administrative liaison between the Department of Economics and the University of Patras
  2. Management of incoming and outgoing documents
  3. Registration of new students and scholarship processing
  4. Approval of student ID cards (pass)
  5. Handling of any administrative or operational matters related to the Study Program (grades, courses, graduate lists, graduation ceremonies)
  6. Issuance of transcripts, enrollment certificates, diploma copies, graduation certifications (withdrawals), and suspension of studies
  7. Posting general announcements and exam results in the designated area of the Department

Students are received by the Secretariat every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00 to 13:00, by appointment, either via email using their university account or by phone.
